We send an (.xlsx) via email. The files are CRM-ready and can be imported into Google Sheets for multiple team members, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or any other tool. The database includes all fields: company info, decision maker contacts, pain points, lead scores, and transparent sourcing documentation. (All based on the order type you selected)
We do not offer refunds as our services are custom-built and delivered based on client-provided requirements. A refund may be considered only in exceptional cases where verifiable evidence shows that significantly more than 20% of delivered emails bounced, or that the delivered data clearly failed to match the agreed Ideal Customer Profile. Any such request must be fully documented and is reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis. Review and resolution, if any, may take up to 30 days and are granted solely at our discretion.

We do not provide sample files. However, all deliverables follow the same standardized template, and the structure is demonstrated in detail in our YouTube videos. Each order includes the same base layout, with columns populated according to the tier selected.
ZoomInfo and Apollo are self-serve data platforms. New Village provides custom data deliverables for clients who require a specific outcome rather than platform access. If you are looking for a tool subscription, those platforms may be a better fit.
Phone numbers may be included when they are publicly available and relevant to the request. This is an optional data point and is not guaranteed for every lead. Availability varies by industry, company, and region.
Subscriptions are optional and only available by agreement. They are tied to ongoing custom work, not software access. Cancellation terms are specified contractually and may include notice periods.
