New Village provides custom B2B lead generation services, delivering verified contact databases. We offer Smart Leads (full enrichment) and Volume Leads (basic contacts).

All orders start with a consultation to define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Research begins after payment, and delivery timelines are confirmed in advance.

Clients are responsible for complying with all email marketing laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. Leads may not be resold or redistributed.

New Village's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

We collect client information (name, email, ICP requirements) and publicly available B2B contacts (emails, job titles, company info). No private data scraping is performed.

All data processing complies with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) - Legitimate Interest, and CNIL regulations for France.

Client information is retained for 7 years for accounting/legal purposes. Delivered databases are stored for 90 days. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your data.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% match guarantee for Smart & Volume Leads. If leads do not match your ICP, we provide a full refund or free replacements. Guarantees do not cover contacts not responding or individuals who changed jobs.

Smart Leads deliverability is guaranteed at 85%+. Partial refunds or replacements are provided if bounce rates exceed 15%, given a bounce report within 30 days.

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery, processed within 7 business days, and issued to the original payment method.

Data Usage Guidelines

Permitted uses include B2B sales outreach, cold emails (with proper unsubscribe), LinkedIn connections, phone calls, newsletters, and market research.

Prohibited uses: spam, reselling data, harassment, fraudulent schemes, or any activity violating privacy laws.

Best practices: include unsubscribe links, accurate sender info, and provide value in communications.

GDPR & CNIL Compliance

Data is processed under Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for B2B outreach. Business emails are not considered personal data.

Clients have rights to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, and data portability. Contact niko.newvillage@proton.me to exercise these rights.

Data is stored primarily in the EU. Third-party services comply with GDPR via Standard Contractual Clauses or adequate safeguards.

We respond to all inquiries within 30 days and maintain full transparency regarding data protection.
